This is Rachel and Mark, they have been together for six years, they asked me to capture the happiness that their relationship embodies. The couple are always more happy when at the beach, I wanted the setting and the time of day to embrace their relationship, therefore I was able to capture raw and real emotion. Golden hour was the only time of day where I felt I could capture every aspect of the couple  with the best lighting possible. Lighting played an important role in this shoot because capturing enough natural light and at the right angle was needed in order to capture the love that these to share and their strong bond that is immediately inferred when viewing the entire photo series.
