It all started with three women who had the idea to create a meditteranean bistro that is unique. This Bistro not only creates meditteranean cuisine, but specifically based on the countries of Italy, Greece, and Albania. These three countries are adjoined by the Ionian Sea, which is how the name came to be. The client had requested not just menus, but coasters for the restaurant and jars which will hold 2 ounces of olive oil. The final result included the coasters which were laser eteched, as well as, painted. The jars had a label made specifically for 2 ounce jars, as well as, stickers fitted perfectly the the top of each jar varying different brand elements.
