The Porch is a pop-up fine dining restaurant catered to the feeling of being at home. What makes a person feel comfortable when they eat? Whether it is eating with family or even eating without utensils,all factors were taken into consideration. Dishes are curated based on the factors of what makes the guests comfortable, while also still pleasing their palates. Methods of consumption, plating, even how the menu and any other aspects, are all designed to replicate the idea of comfortability.
